Sized for a whole programme
A course that runs question sets at every module needs a bank that does not run out. At 5,330 questions across 30 chapters and 1,858 pages, this one supplies every module quiz across all our tracks, with enough left over for the timed mock papers in the final block.
That matters more than it sounds. Learners who meet a repeated question stop testing knowledge and start testing memory of the bank, and their scores rise while their competence does not. Bank size is the only reliable defence.
How our tracks draw on it
The Board Preparation track uses it chapter-wise for the first half, then switches to randomised mixed sets. That switch is deliberate: answering thirty consecutive valve questions supplies a context cue the examination will not give you, and learners who never train without that cue tend to underperform on the day despite strong practice scores.
The final six weeks run full-length timed papers assembled from the bank, marked against the same explanation standard.
How the 30 chapters map to our modules
Roughly a third of the bank serves the coronary block — stable disease, acute syndromes, revascularisation decisions, and catheter-lab technique with its complications. A second third covers the rhythm and pump modules: arrhythmia, device selection, the failing ventricle, and transplant-stage disease. The remainder spreads across structural and vascular teaching — valves, grown-up congenital lesions, muscle and pericardial disorders, pulmonary vascular disease, the aorta — plus the risk-factor modules on blood pressure and lipids, the imaging block, and the drug and critical-care units.
Chapter length tracks examination weighting rather than authorial enthusiasm, so even progress produces even readiness. Where an answer rests on a landmark study, the explanation names it: PARADIGM-HF and EMPEROR in the pump modules, PARTNER and COAPT in the structural block, DANISH in device selection.
