The form below is the way to reach the team behind Cardiology Course Online. Where different enquiries go

- Book orders. Titles are listed on this site, but orders, payment and delivery are handled through cardiologybooks.com. Queries about an order you have already placed should go through that route rather than this form, since order records are held there.
- Mentorship applications. Mentorship is a separate arrangement from the courses, and applications are made through the cardiology mentorship page rather than here. Applying there directly saves a step.
What we cannot answer here
This is a teaching platform, and the form is an educational enquiry route rather than a clinical one. We cannot advise on the management of an individual patient, review an investigation belonging to a named patient, or offer a second opinion. A patient's care depends on findings, history and examination that no one can properly assess through a web form, and it belongs with the clinician responsible for that patient.
