Our courses, videos, handouts, quizzes, eBooks and articles take years to prepare. This page explains how to report copies of our material that appear elsewhere, and how to tell us if you believe something on this site infringes your own copyright.
What we own
Unless stated otherwise, all teaching material on cardiologycourse.com, including lecture videos, slides, narration, handouts, question banks, eBooks, images, diagrams and written articles, is the copyright of Dr A M Thirugnanam and the brands he publishes under. Purchasing a course or eBook gives you a personal licence to use it; it does not permit copying, sharing, resale, re-uploading or redistribution in any form. The full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Reporting a copy of our material
If you see our course videos, eBooks or question banks shared on a file-sharing site, messaging group, video platform, marketplace or another course website, please tell us. Send the following to co*****@**************se.com with the subject line “Copyright report”:
- The link (URL), group name or account where the copy appears.
- Which of our courses, books or lessons has been copied, if you know.
- A screenshot showing the material and, where visible, the date.
- Your name and email, in case we need to ask a follow-up question. You may ask us to keep your identity confidential, and we will.
We review every report, and where the copy is confirmed we pursue removal with the platform, host or marketplace concerned. Accounts on this site found sharing purchased material are closed in line with our Terms. We do not publicly name people who report.
If you believe we have used your work
We take care to use only material we have created, licensed or are permitted to use, and to cite published sources. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to co*****@**************se.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your full name, organisation (if any), postal address, email and telephone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work you own, with a link to it or a copy if it is published.
- The exact URL on cardiologycourse.com where the material appears, and the time point if it is in a video.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a complete notice we review the material promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it while the matter is examined. If the material was supplied by a user, we may share your notice with that person so they can respond.
Counter-notice
If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, identifying the material, explaining why you believe it was removed in error, and including your contact details and signature. We will consider it and may restore the material if the matter is not pursued.
Sending a deliberately false or misleading notice may expose the sender to legal liability. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
