Legal Actions

This page explains how to send us a formal legal notice, how we deal with legal requests, and the steps we take to protect our courses and our learners. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions, which govern use of this site.

Sending a legal notice

Formal notices, demands and correspondence about legal matters should be sent by email to co*****@**************se.com with the subject line “Legal notice”. Please include:

  1. Your full name, and the name of the person or organisation you represent.
  2. Your postal address, email and telephone number.
  3. A clear description of the matter, the pages, orders or accounts involved, and the remedy you are seeking.
  4. Copies of any documents you rely on.

If you need a postal address for service of documents, ask at the same email address and it will be provided. Notices sent through social media, comments or the newsletter cannot be treated as received.

Before a dispute: talk to us

Most problems, such as a failed download, a payment taken twice or a course that does not match its description, are resolved quickly by the support team. Please try the contact page first; refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

How we protect our material and learners

  • Piracy. Where our courses or eBooks are copied, we send removal notices to the hosts, platforms, marketplaces and payment providers involved, and close the accounts on this site responsible for sharing purchased material.
  • Impersonation and fraud. We report fake accounts and payment scams to the platforms concerned and, where learners have lost money, to the appropriate authorities.
  • Proportion. We start with a request to remove the material and escalate only where that is ignored.

How to report piracy or impersonation is explained on the copyright and trade mark report pages.

Requests from authorities

We respond to valid requests from courts, regulators and law-enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law. Requests should be sent to the email address above on official letterhead. Requests for your own personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Governing terms

Use of this site, purchases and any dispute arising from them are governed by our Terms and Conditions, which provide that they are governed by the laws of India and that the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

This page describes our procedures. It is not legal advice; if you have a legal problem, consult a qualified lawyer.
