Echocardiography Basics for Doctors is a six-hour, self-paced online echocardiography course for doctors by Dr A M Thirugnanam, MD, MSICP, FSCAI, Ph.D., Senior Interventional Cardiologist. It turns his book Quick Notes in Practical Echocardiography into 33 narrated lessons, taking you from the physics of the image to a complete, defensible echo report.

Every lesson is taught over real echocardiographic recordings from the author’s own practice (patient identifiers removed), not cartoons — so what you learn on screen is what you will see on the machine.

A 50-question certifying examination drawn at random from a 99-question bank covering all ten modules. Pass mark 70%, three attempts, 75 minutes. Passing it unlocks your Academy of Elite Doctors certificate.
