Our names and logos tell doctors that a course or book comes from us. When someone else uses them, learners can be misled and sometimes lose money. This page explains how to report misuse of our brands, including fake accounts and impersonation, and how to raise a concern if you believe we are using a mark that belongs to you.
What to report
- Impersonation. Social media accounts, messaging groups or websites pretending to be Dr A M Thirugnanam, Cardiology Courses Online, Cardiology Books, Academy of Elite Doctors or our other brands.
- Payment scams. Anyone asking for payment for our courses or eBooks through direct messages, WhatsApp, personal UPI IDs or bank transfer. Genuine purchases are made only at the checkout on cardiologycourse.com.
- Fake certificates. Certificates or credentials bearing our name or logo that we did not issue.
- Look-alike courses. Courses, books, domains or products using our names or logos in a way that suggests they are ours or endorsed by us.
How to report
Email co*****@**************se.com with the subject line “Trade mark report” and include:
- The link, account handle, phone number or domain involved.
- Screenshots showing how our name or logo is being used, with dates where visible.
- Whether you paid money or shared personal details, so we can tell you what to do next.
- Your name and email. We keep the identity of people who report confidential.
What we do with your report
We verify the report, then ask the platform, host, registrar or marketplace to remove the infringing account, listing or page, and we warn our learners where an active scam is involved. We do not discuss individual enforcement action publicly.
If you believe we are using your mark
If you own a trade mark and believe our use of a name or logo conflicts with it, write to co*****@**************se.com with the subject “Trade mark concern”. Please include your name and contact details, the mark and its registration number and jurisdiction if registered, where on our site you see the conflicting use, and why you believe it causes confusion. We will review it carefully and respond.
Our own marks and how others may refer to them are listed in our Trade Mark Notice. Copying of our course content is covered on the copyright report page.
